REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE:

 

¨ Jackson Barracks Hurricane Katrina Reconstruction, Jackson Barracks, New Orleans, LA:  Senior Project Manager/Deputy CFMO for 8 Military Construction projects executed via Design/Build in less than 9 months. Responsible for all master planning, programming and bridging document preparation, contract award, design review and construction activities coordination for the 100 acre site and 400,000 SF facilities that provided for: all new roads and utility infrastructure, 96 billeting rooms, a Fitness Center, 2 Readiness Centers, 4 Security Gate Houses, 22K LF of monumental security fence, 2 Vehicle Maintenance Facilities, Restoration of Fleming Hall, and the Joint Force Headquarters.  Project cost $250 M.

¨ Army Aviation Support Facility and Readiness Center, Hammond, LA:  Senior Project Manager for 3 Military Construction projects executed via Design/Build in less than 9 months. Responsible for all programming and bridging document preparation, 2 part award process, design review and construction activities coordination for the 125 acre site and 300,000 Square Feet (SF) facilities that provided for: all new roads and utility infrastructure, 164K SF Aviation Hangar, Repair Maintenance Shops, Flight Operations Planning, 114K SF Readiness Center, Fitness Center, & Field Maintenance Shop. Projects were LEED Silver. Project cost $110 M.

¨ Camp Beauregard Military Construction, Pineville, LA:  Senior Project Manager/Deputy CFMO for 2 Military Construction project executed in less than 9 months. Responsible for all programming and bridging document preparation, 2 part award process, design review and construction activities coordination for a $32 M dollar project 70K SF Joint Force Headquarters and Gate House Facility. The project also included the main Joint Operations Facility for the Guard. Other projects included a $60M dollar 270K SF Consolidated Maintenance Facility, Army Aviation Support , and other smaller projects to revitalize the Training Site consisted of projects for training barracks renovations, utility and road restoration. Project cost: $115 M

¨ Camp Minden Training Site Military Construction, Minden, LA:  Construction Facilities Management Officer overseeing 3 Military Construction Public Works Projects. Responsible for all master planning, programming, design and construction for a new Regional Training Institute (RTI). Facility is composed of 300K SF at a cost of $100M dollars to be constructed in 4 phases; consisting of billeting, educations facilities such as classrooms and teaching administration spaces. Phase One is complete at a cost of $24M dollars and the remaining phases are programmed for 2017—2019.   Additionally, also oversaw the construction of a 90K SF new Readiness Center and Waste Waster Treatment Plant. All projects certified as LEED Silver and the total Projects construction in place $60M dollars.

¨ Military Construction Projects, South East, LA:  Senior Project Manager/Deputy CFMO for 4 Military Construction projects executed via Design/Build in less than 9 months.. Responsible for all land acquisition, site planning, programming and bridging document preparation, contract award, design review and construction activities coordination for the 4 separate locations totaling 125,000 Square Feet (SF) facilities that provided for 100% of all authorized space at these readiness centers for 4 National Guard Units. All projects were LEED Silver. Total Project cost for these projects was $70M dollars.

¨ Military Construction Projects, Fort Polk, Leesville, LA:  Project Manager/CFMO for 2 Military Construction projects.  Responsible for all programming design, and construction activities coordination.  As the Construction Facilities Management Officer, responsible for MILCON projects design review, construction, contract administration and quality assurance.  Completed during this time were a $20M dollar Addition/Alteration to the Mobilization and Equipment Training Site (MATES) located at Fort Polk and a $5 M dollar Tactical Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (TUAS) which was a LEED Silver Certified.
