162 Relocatable Building Repairs & TEMF

Project was a design-build with 22 CLINS/project for which Ballard provided design project documents conforming to UFC codes in MicroStation with A-E-C format and specifications using SpecsIntact for all 22 projects which included the renovation of a courthouse, real property building, library, DRMO warehouse, weather station and relocatable buildings. These renovations included MEP, code and aesthetic improvements. Scope included replacement of exterior doors and windows for energy upgrades, roof replacements, fire alarm upgrades and replacements, and HVAC improvements.
