Project Description
The project consisted of a new 26,625 sf industrial building to relocate the existing manufacturing process for the non-water based product lines from the existing 1991 building. The new building and layout provides better material handling capability and allows the existing building to be utilized for backup production and finished product storage. Designs accommodated high hazard, highly flammable products. The new building is staffed by 12-16 employees with a QA laboratory, restrooms, breakroom, and office.
